- Free Shipping is offered on online orders over $60!

- Free Pickup is available to all local, Michigan based customers. A order confirmation and pickup date will be provided to you within 72 hours of the order being received. My address, however, will not be provided until the order has been completed! 

- Pickup Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks and can be picked up as early as 48 hrs from completion. 

- Online Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks and shipped within 3 business days from completion.  

- ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED STANDARD SHIPPING FOR PLACING THEIR ORDER DIRECTLY WITH ME AND NOT VIA MY WEBSITE AND OR ETSY STORE UNLESS THEY OPT TO PICK UP THEIR ORDER!!!

- A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS THAT CHOOSE TO PLACE THEIR ORDER VIA EMAIL, PHONE, AND OR DIRECT MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA (IE: INSTAGRAM/ FACEBOOK)!!!

- A $10 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $50. ANY ORDERS $50 AND UP ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF 50% (HALF OF) THEIR FINAL ORDER TOTAL AT THE TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT.

- DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID FOR ORDERS TO BE FULFILLED! Deposits can be paid in full via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo ONLY. $$$ Payment Information will be provided with order confirmation $$$

COLORS ONLY= This means your design will be solely color based and designed with only the colors you have provided for the order.

 

MIXED VARIETY= This means you would like your custom piece to feature added materials such as glitter, rhinestones, healing crystals, cubic zirconia, fire glass, beads, stones, sand, flowers, and or feathers!

 

EXTRA BLING= This means you would like your design to be EXTRA blinged out with glitter, rhinestones, healing crystals, cubic zirconia,  fire glass and or stones! 

 

DECALS/DESIGNER MONOGRAM= This means you have a specific theme in mind and or would like a luxury brand incorporated such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Gucci, Fendi and so forth. 

 

NAME PERSONALIZTION= This means you would like to add a name or intials to a final design piece.

 

FREESTYLE= This means you trust the designers creative instinct and vision to do the designing for you! In other words, you will allow her full creative control to design your final product with or without your input! 

 

PHOTOS/ PHOTO VARIETY: This simply means you would like to incorporate a photo and or photo variety into the design with or without accent colors.
