Store Policy

• Local Pick-up, Personal Delivery, Standard Ground Shipping, Expedited Shipping and International Shipping options are available!

• Local Pickup is FREE and available ONLY to Michigan based customers by appointment.

• Personal Delivery (Drop-Off) is available ONLY to Michigan based customers who are located within the Metro Detroit area (within a 30 mile radius) for an additional fee of $15-$20 (calculated based on mileage) that must be paid prior to delivery!

•  Online Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks* and shipped within 3 business days from completion.

•  Pick-up Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks* and can be picked up as early as 48 hours from completion.

• Drop-off Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks* and you will be contacted directly to arrange a scheduled time for personal delivery.

• All orders may be expediated for an additional fee of $25-$100* based on order volume. This does not include expedited shipping costs.

•  All customers will be charged sales tax for placing their order(s) directly with me and not via my website and or Etsy shop!

• Payment is required in full for all customers before any work is begun unless an authorized payment arrangement has been agreed upon with the owner!

• Payment plans are ONLY available on orders over $200!

• Payment plans require approval by the owner and an deposit of 25-50%  towards the grand total of the balance at the time of order placement.

• Order Invoices can be paid in full via the following accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo (Payment Information will be provided via order summary)!
