- Local Pickup, Personal Delivery, Standard Shipping and International Shipping options are available!

- Local Pickup is available ONLY to Michigan based customers for FREE!

- Personal Delivery is available ONLY to Michigan based customers within a 30 mile radius for an additional fee of $15 that must be paid upon delivery!

- Online Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks and shipped within 3 business days from completion

- Pickup Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks and can be picked up as early as 48 hrs from completion

- Dropoff Orders will be completed within 2-4 Weeks and you will be contacted directly to arrange a scheduled time for personal delivery

- ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED STANDARD SHIPPING FEES FOR PLACING THEIR ORDER DIRECTLY WITH ME AND NOT VIA MY WEBSITE AND OR ETSY STORE UNLESS THEY OPT FOR A DIFFERENT PICKUP/DELIVERY METHOD!!!

- A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS THAT PLACE THEIR ORDER WITH ME VIA MY ORDER FORMS, EMAIL, PHONE, AND OR DIRECT MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA (IE: INSTAGRAM/ FACEBOOK)!!!

- A $10 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $50!

- ALL ORDERS $50 AND UP ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF 50% (HALF OF) THEIR GRAND TOTAL BALANCE AT THE TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT!

- DEPOSITS CAN BE PAID IN FULL VIA CASH, ZELLE, CASH APP, OR VENMO ONLY. PAYMENT INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED UPON ORDER SUMMARY!

You must email all necessary photos, logos, concepts/detailed ideas and so forth immediately upon order submission to blackdiamondsdecor@gmail.com to finalize your order!

COLORS ONLY= This means your design will be solely color based and designed with only the colors you have provided for the order.

 

GLAM & BLING= This means you would like your custom piece to feature added materials such as glitter, rhinestones, healing crystals, cubic zirconia, fire glass, beads, stones, sand, flowers, and or feathers!

 

EXTRA BLING= This means you would like your design to be EXTRA blinged out with glitter, rhinestones, healing crystals, cubic zirconia,  fire glass and or stones! 

 

BRANDING/DESIGNER MONOGRAM= This means you have a specific theme in mind. For example, you want your own business logo incorporated and or would like a luxury brand incorporated such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Gucci, Fendi and so forth. 

 

NAME PERSONALIZTION= This means you would like to add a name or intials to a final design piece.

 

FREESTYLE= This means you trust the designers creative instinct and vision to do the designing for you! In other words, you will allow her full creative control to design your final product with or without your input! 

 

PHOTOS/ PHOTO VARIETY= This simply means you would like to incorporate a photo and or photo variety into the design with or without accent colors. 

 

MIXED VARIETY= This simply means you would like a combination of things incorporated into your custom piece. For example, you would like to have Extra Bling and a Photo incorporated into a Large Size Tray.
