There are NO REFUNDS! Every custom piece is hand crafted and made to order, therefore, there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Also, please note that no two orders will be exactly alike. There may be slight differences and minor imperfections in any custom resin work. COLORS ONLY= This means your design will be solely color based and designed with only the colors you have provided for the order.

 

MIXED VARIETY= This means you would like your custom piece to feature added materials such as glitter, rhinestones, healing crystals, cubic zirconia, fire glass, beads, stones, sand, flowers, and or feathers!

 

EXTRA BLING= This means you would like your design to be EXTRA blinged out with glitter, rhinestones, healing crystals, cubic zirconia,  fire glass and or stones! 

 

DECALS/DESIGNER MONOGRAM= This means you have a specific theme in mind and or would like a luxury brand incorporated such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Gucci, Fendi and so forth. 

 

NAME PERSONALIZTION= This means you would like to add a name or intials to a final design piece.

 

FREESTYLE= This means you trust the designers creative instinct and vision to do the designing for you! In other words, you will allow her full creative control to design your final product with or without your input! 

 

PHOTOS/ PHOTO VARIETY: This simply means you would like to incorporate a photo and or photo variety into the design with or without accent colors.
